I would happily give this business 10 stars if I could. Another Renault dealer localy had my vehicle off the road for SIXTEEN DAYS and were unable to find the fault that was causing my alarm to go off at random times. During the time it was off the road it cost me a fortune in lost work!!
I called Jaybee Motors in complete desperation having given up with the other dealership. My first contact was with Hayley, she answered the ‘phone and immediately put me at ease! I felt like I was the only customer of the day, she listened carefully to the problem as I described it and then politely explained the procedure and how they could help. I took my van along the same day and senior technician Greg walked out to the van with me, already confident he could solve the problem.
He lifted the bonnet and looked “That sir is a factory fit genuine Renault alarm I believe? Yes I can get that sorted for you” We went back to Hayley who looked up the parts availability and booked the repair in for two days later. On my return I sat drinking coffee and relaxing whilst I was waiting, one hour later Greg is handing me my keys back with a big smile …..Job completed!!! He assured me that I would not have to return and the alarm would not cause a problem again, he was 100% right and his confidence was well justified.
My whole experience was perfect, the salesman as I walked through the showroom even took the time to smile and say ‘good afternoon’ the other members of staff made me feel like I was a valued customer without knowing why I was there. I have since called when my vehicle had broken down and I was waiting for the RAC and once again the help and advice was absolutely spot on! It isn’t always an instant conversation – the phone lines DO get busy BUT it is certainly worth the wait.
