MG, now a three car family at Jaybee Motors
At Jaybee Motors in Banbury, Oxfordshire, the MG brand goes from strength to strength as the MG TF family now numbers three, with two new arrivals for 2009 to support the established and highly successful MG TF LE500.
A new entry level MG TF135 is retailing at a tiny £13,999 on the road, falling by £2000 for customers qualifying for the Government's new scrappage scheme, a competitive price that brings mid engined, classic British sportscar motoring within the reach of many more drivers. With great levels of trim and equipment, MG is confident that the 135 will prove to be a particularly fun and popular choice during these difficult financial times.
A second new car is the MG TF 85th. This is a very special car that is being produced to mark the 85th anniversary of the MG Brand. At £15,999 on the road it is available in three unique colours, has special 85th anniversary graphics and stunning aubergine leather trim.
Apart from the stunning look, the new TF 85th Anniversary model also benefits from a ride and handling package that's tuned to make this car unique to drive. Bilstein suspension, an Eibach anti roll system, lower ride height, an all new anti torsion pack and a modified wheel set up on Rimstock manufactured 'Twist of Pepper' wheels, give the 85th Anniversary edition a 'grown up' feel and very precise handling at all speeds.
John Dauphin, Managing Director at Jaybee Motors, says: "We are delighted with the response the launch edition TF LE500 has received from the public and these new models capture the very essence of MG and its sporting heritage. There is growing interest in MG and we remain confident with the way the brand has returned to the market."
The new arrivals join the MG TF LE500 at Jaybee Motors this summer and whichever MG you choose from the new family, one thing that comes as standard throughout the range is a large grin the first time you pull the top down and take to the open road.
